How long does it take to clean windows on an average home?

Time is money, and we know you value your time! We send out crews of 2 technicians for almost all our jobs to minimize the amount of time each job takes. On an average 2,500 sq ft home, our technicians will usually finish the job in 2-3 hours.

How often should I have my roof and gutters cleaned?

Regular maintenance depends on the mature growth around the property and what ends up in the gutters. 1-2 cleanings per year will be fine for the average home, however, some homes require up to 4 cleanings to keep things clear. View our maintenance packages and discounts.

Why is window cleaning non-taxable while all the other services are taxable?

The Department of Revenue classifies window cleaning as a janitorial service and, therefore, deems it non-taxable. Our other services are not classified as janitorial and are, therefore, taxable. 

Is Clearly Windows licensed, bonded & insured?

Yes, we’re licensed to operate in Washington State.

Yes, we’re bonded ($10K policy) to safeguard your personal belongings against theft or vandalism while servicing your property.

Yes, we have liability insurance with a $2M aggregate and $1M personal injury policy – if something happens, it wouldn’t be on your homeowner’s insurance.

1. We promise to be on-time within 15 minutes of our scheduled appointment. If we’re late, we’ll take $25 off the invoice

How often should I have my windows cleaned?

To maintain the integrity and value of your home, it’s recommended to have the windows cleaned at least once per year. Dirt, dust, bugs, paint, and other debris on the windows that isn’t regularly cleaned can lead to failing seals and unwanted drafts. Although annual cleaning is recommended, having the windows cleaned 2-4 times per year is popular to maintain your home’s beauty and lower your stress! Does Clearly Windows work in the rain and snow?

Yes. Our field technicians are well trained and equipped to safely provide all our services in the rain, however, snow and freezing temperatures limit our ability to complete some services.

Can you clear an underground drainage pipe?

We can take apart and clear any clogged downspouts from the gutter to the ground, however, we refer another service provider for underground blockages.

Does Clearly Windows perform background checks on your employees/technicians?

Yes, every employee and technician submits to a full background check, including drug testing. We also have policies and procedures to keep you and your home’s best interest in mind.
